Bath & Body Works

Went at a good time where a lot of their stuff was $6. Great deals. Service was excellent too, the guy was over the top and helped us run to the cash multiple times to confirm if they were on sale lol

Obviously racial profiling, followed all around the store. Watched the associates follow all people of color.

Store has more staff than customers. Staff are chatting up a storm, cashier girl is rushed with only me in line and she has no real customers relations vibes, Dude wearing the scarf is the only person working. No one offering assistance. Not my usual experience in this store. Have a great day.

Place is clean and nicely organized. Staff was OK. Standing around talking amongst themselves. They have very few travel items and given it is the outlet mall in Niagara falls u would think with visitors they would have a ton of travel sized options. I had coupons for free travel item and wanted to use.

Store is clean, staff is friendly, however the store is in an outlet mall and they had nothing different than any regular Bath and Body. In an "outlet", I'd expect to see past scents that can no longer be purchased because it's for inventory that hadn't sold. I wouldn't consider this an outlet by any means. Felt like a wasted trip.
