The Kohl's in Clifton Park, NY, is fabulous. Actually, I haven't been in a Kohl's that I didn't like. Christine, who works the registers, is awesome. She's patient, kind, knows how to make things right, and is always pleasant. Twice, she's helped me with a complicated exchange. The staff in this store are always cheerful and very helpful. If you haven't visited this Kohl's, you should!

Absolutely hate the new customer/service/check out lane. The line was long (which is understandable for Black Friday weekend), however I needed to pick up an item I had purchased online. It required me to pick it up at the service counter. I had to wait over 25 minutes to pick up an item that I had already purchased. And I waited as long as I could before they canceled my order. Terrible system.

Was very busy. However, a checkout was quick easy. They have several checkers and off of several do-it-yourselfers. In-N-Out way faster than I thought it was going to be

Shopping at Kohl's was great until I got to the self check outs. I did not realize that not only do I have to cash my self out, I have to take off the security piece on the clothes. After it beeped at the door, the employee showed me what to look for and how to do it. Next time, I will stay in line so an employee can wait on me.
