The manager at this location is fabulous. I did not catch her name but she is extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. Every encounter I have had at this store has been extremely great thanks to her willingness to assist with a smile and resolve issues with a pleasant attitude. The store is always clean and organized and all of the staff seems to be knowledgeable as well. A sign of good management.

This Ulta was great. Lisa was on it - offering to help without being to aggressive. Went to pay - Mary walked us through the rewards program. Ended up with the Clinque Summer Day essentials pack that has the moisturizer I wanted. It was simply a great experience!!!!

I made a quick run into Ulta from a business trip. I was greeted by Virtue at the Brow Bar and wow she’s perfect. Her professionalism is phenomenal and I love her willingness to help. She is absolutely wonderful, a pleasure to talk to and I will definitely be looking for her to assist me again in the future. Virtue is your go to girl when looking for assistance. I highly recommend!

I must say I don’t come in this store often since I no longer live in the area, however virtue helped me out when looking for the best products for facial care. She was very personable and professional and so willing to help. It made my shopping experience stupendous. I highly recommend her for your facial needs!!!

Went on black friday and got seen by the Clinque specialist , Hannah Ballard I'm pretty sure. I wanted a nice foundation after years of getting the cheapest thing on the shelf and Hannah was absolutely wonderful! Made me feel a lot better spending a bit more for a good foundation, knowing that she'd color matched me. Attentive and super helpful.
