Customer service is bottom of the barrel, trash. I can't believe how they treat people in a retail/customer service setting. I'm not wasting anymore of my time or money here. I recommend you don't either. It's sad who people decide to hire to represent their company.

Helpful, enthusiastic employees. Lots of inspiration to be had here for everything from fiber crafts to drawing and all your planner accessories. The store is clean and well stocked. They have regular sales and coupons in the app that you definitely want to take advantage of.
