Owenhouse Ace Hardware West

Wonderful service! I felt awkward going in to ask for my car remote battery to be replaced but sure enough, I was directed to Service and a kind gentleman helped show me, and replaced my battery for me! Gave me the packaging so I may pay for the new replacement battery and all done! They truly are Aces!

My favorite ACE for so many reasons! Today I was in for an issue with a stripped screw in my license plate. I cannot remember any of the employees names that helped me out, but I just wanted to thank everyone that definitely tried to help. Everyone always seems to go an extra mile here. Such an amazing group of people! Thank you again!!

Ace is my favorite hardware store. Their employees are so helpful, the selection of items is wonderful, and I really appreciate saving money with coupons.

Not the type to leave a review, but! I had gone to Home Depot and Lowe’s earlier today and nobody seemed to care, i stopped at ace as a last resort as i was starting to feel hopeless, the customer service was out of this world! The kindest young man (I think his name was Harry I could be wrong) would not let me leave until we solved my problem! Basically helped me shop around and find everything I needed. Home Depot and Lowe’s are a lot closer to me, but Ace has earned a lifelong customer!

My experience at Ace was great today due to two gentlemen whom I believe are named Harry and Robert. These guys were very nice and had great customer service skill which made me feel very welcome at the Owenhouse Ace Hardware in Bozeman. I hope these two guys get significant recognition for their costumer service skills and perhaps even a raise because of their ability to make anyone feel like a part of their community.
