Kohl's

All staff is very courteous and helpful. This is the second time in as many weeks that I have visited this store. Clean store, great atmosphere, and great staff! I would recommend this store to everyone to visit if you haven't done so yet. Kohl's Bucks saved me a considerable amount of money as well! A rare fun shopping experience!

This store has been in a state of chaos with no floor staff every time I have gone in. Boxes are piled so high in the aisles that you will get pinned if they fall. FYI, I found the exact items on Amazon, the regular prices on Amazon were less than Kohl’s “sale” prices. Thankfully I was able to stagger shopping items to take advantage of the Kohl’s “discounts “ thereby not paying more than I would have online. Kohl’s had a sweater vest that my granddaughter wanted so I was stuck.

Had a return and it was handled nicely. Got a few after Christmas sales. Prices seem pretty high, but then there is a sale that makes them reasonable.

store#1419 09/16/24 (11.23am) everything was near perfect....the mens dept did not have the selction i needed to pick a evening suit; however, STACY worked her butt off to help me otherwise...she was patient and charming as she helped me pick/purchase optional attire....she was terrific and deserves great praise....big hugs to STACY

Only 1 sales associate around ,her name was Paola,she was so amazing,she helped me to f8nd my cloths.but no other help I looked for 5 minutes almos5 left, I spent over 300.00 thanks to her,otherwise I would have left and never came back.store has very poor customer service.
