Michaels

Michaels in Southern pines NC is always one of my favorite stores, it's organized and staff is friendly plus their merchandise was in stock and reasonably priced. I decided to do artificial flowers this year and wanted to do a tropical theme , I was pleasantly surprised with the flower selection the store had in stock. I blended some artificial with real plants as well... Would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

The first time I went into this store there was an employee yelling at another employee, having some kind of argument about how he treated her the night before on a date, the young girl got pretty loud, I left. Second time I went in two employees are loudly talking walking all around the store complaining about another employee from the previous night, I left again and won’t be back! It seems to be very mismanaged and the store is very improperly stocked.

Hale is one the most wonderful employees I have ever come across. So nice and polite. I came in to throw a birthday party for my young daughter and have been on some hard times recently and been frazzled. Hale took the time to step up and help me find everything I needed and even recommended some things to help add to the decoration and crafts for the littles to do. So thankful good hard workers like this still exist.

This particular craft store has a variety of items but, the prices are way too much. My wife and I went in and no one greeted or asked to help us.
