Kohl's

I went in not knowing what in the world I was going to get all I knew was i needed something business appropriate attire. The associate I walked up to help me pick out an outfit that was perfect in budget and even saved me a few by taking me to the clearance rack. I don’t remember her name but my god she was very personally friendly and open minded to what my normal aesthetic was and incorporated it into an outfit that was both pleasing to the eye and business appropriate.

I personally am not a enthusiastic shopper, but I really enjoy looking around at Kohl's. They always have good bargains and especially on the clearance racks. You can even find your sizes. Good friendly folks always willing to help.. Come by and see the good folks at Kohls, why don'tcha I just don't see why wantcha.

I am quickly losing my desire to continue patronizing Kohl’s. The new store layout is hauntingly like the floor plan of a seller of liquidated goods like Ross, Marshall’s, or Burlington. The price points are higher and the central hub of Sephora add diversity to the retailer’s look. But the quality of the clothing, home goods, and impulse buyer’s queue has declined at Kohl’s in the recent past. I do not consider Kohl’s one of my most valued retailers any longer.

I've been shopping at the Southern Pines Kohls for years and years. Big shout out to the manager Scott who is Always so helpful and puts his customers first. Along with the rest of the SoPi team! Thank you Scott for your continous help and care at your store, much appreciated. :)
