Their staff there is courteous and sweet. Each department really knows their information about cool new projects, trendy and off the wall. They are great with organizing and decorating. Plus they do FRAMING

♿️ Michael’s has a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. For entrances, there are no steps to enter. Not all aisles are accessible due to restocking of shelves and inventory blocking some aisles. Toilets require passcode from staff. Good place for arts and crafts projects, frames, and seasonal home decor.

The employee was very negative. She seemed as if she was annoyed and angry. We asked for a product, and she stated that if it's not on the shelf, we didn't have it and walked away. Luckily, we found some that was in a good mood and was able to assist us in finding the product.

Love the new stuff they have at Michaels and the design ideas. The staff is very helpful and it was wonderful seeing a few familiar faces now. They have activities for kids at store. My kids took a lotbof classes during summer and participated in different events too. It was so lovely seeing all the wonderful christmas decorations and the aisles with some new stuff.This is my favorite craft store..

Big shout out to Eric. He took down a Christmas tree display for us, disassembled it, boxed it, taped it and when there was a giant spill of liquid through the back exit he even walked through it carrying our big heavy tree and put it in our car. Get this man a raise because he’s amazing. Thanks again Eric!
