A Richmond treasure - I am in love with my new Joshua Tree scented candle and I can’t wait to burn that sucker all the way down because this shop also offers candle refills! It makes me happy to know I can reuse the tin and continue to enjoy the wonderful custom scents of this business.

Stumbled across Maven Theory while walking through the Bellevue neighborhood - such a hidden gem! Bethany was working and was so sweet. Dogs are allowed inside which we loved because we had our dog with us. They have an amazing selection of candles, apparel, body products and more. Everything is reasonably priced too. Such a great addition to the Northside area!

This place is an absolute joy! Perfectly curated and full of love, you will want to hang out for extended periods, taking time to smell all of the yummy candles and fragrances. I’m obsessed with the Asheville perfume and the Everybody Oil. The perfect place to get gifts for the holidays and any other special occasions throughout the year. The addition of vintage items is so special. There truly is something for everyone here!
