Kroger

This is my local Kroger and by far the worst around. No cheese selection unless you want Kraft or Kroger brand. Went This evening for a few dinner items and they were out of all of them. It just keeps getting worse. The older people that work there are great but the kids are horrible. I've recently started going to Food Lion in Beckley. Great selection of everything and I don't have to hop around to different grocery stores in Oak Hill to get everything I need. Please do better Krogers!

Store looks great from the outside but it’s a lie! Inside is dark dirty and not stocked. Don’t waste your time just go onto Walmart.

I love the employees at this store, however I'm disappointed in Kroger as a whole not taking care of them. Always short handed and it definitely shows in low stock, signage and during checkout. Produce department needs work...so much moldy produce. When they are short handed there's only so much they can do. Take better care of your employees Kroger so they can and want to do their jobs!!

My last shopping was a disaster. The staff were great but the first 6 items on my list, they didn’t have. All everyday items. They had plenty pumpkins, gourds, and Halloween candy but no products, many shelves were nearly empty. I have been a loyal shopper for 65 years but must find another grocer as the same products were absent the week before also!

Good service and friendly staff. They are stocked pretty good. Great prices on pop. Produce is really good. Most stuff is priced reasonably. You can do self checkout or go down one of the isles they have open. Customer service desk is always open and they can help you with most everything. Plenty of parking. They are currently working on putting gas pumps in the Oak Hill WV store.
