Joanna at store #0099 is a very good cashier. She took her time carefully wrapping all of my breakables in paper and carefully packaging them in the shopping bags. She answered all my questions about the prices that rang up. It was late in the evening and I gave her an almost $300 order and she was patient and kind throughout the transaction!

The clerk at Baypark square mall store 0099 Joanna was very helpful and patient in allowing my coupons to go through. Took the time to teach me about features on the Kohl’s app. Was complimentary about my purchases and friendly. Was greeted by other employees as well. The return process is seamless, fast and always easy !

I placed an online order for same-day pickup around 4 pm. After waiting for 3 hours, I called the store to check on the status of my pickup order. The store associate told me to wait until just before closing (11 pm). My order was simple, consisting of 3 of the same items. Update: Kohls did not get my simple order picked same day, even after being promised over the phone that they would fulfill it. Completely unacceptable

I always seem to find something I like. Good cologne and perfume selection. You can return amazon items here.

If you can find any other store in the Green Bay area to shop, go there. If you are old or handicapped do not shop Kohl's. Kohl's wants us to believe they appreciate us!! Yet when letting the employees know how unhappy you are as a shopper, NO ONE CARES. I needed a chair to rest so I would stop hurting, two days later I finally have.
