JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I ordered from online for in-store pickup a few times just to have them cancel my order since an item is not available when I go in the store. The item is there on the shelf and there are multiple of it. Online has cancelled out my order after waiting forever to send it. I made an order on the 31st and just was informed it would never be shipped. Don't waste your time with online or in-store at this location unless you want to go in and look for it yourself.

They cancelled my orders b/c of not passing verification. Told me it was my card numbers or exp. But both payments went through just fine. So I got charged for orders that Joann cancelled and no one can tell me why. Probably b/c their customer service is in a county that does not speak English. Will take my $1000 a month business elsewhere.

Going out of business sale. Christmas stuff 80%off, i didn't save much on the yarn I got. Long line to cash out. Everyone was friendly

I went to pick up an online order, and they didn’t have part of my order. I asked an associate if they had any similar items, and they snapped at me that they didn’t have time for online orders and that I shouldn’t have placed it in the first place. I backed off to get out of the situation and found the original missing item on my own. Completely unprofessional

My daughter spends $175 on a Singer that doesn't work. "Sorry no exchanges". Not good!
