JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Got what I was looking for. Employees were fine for the most part. I was not charged honestly. The fabric I purchased said $14.99/yard on the roll. Some had a yellow sticker, marking it down further. There were signs in the section that said it was marked down the fabrics 40%. When I went to pay the paper claimed the "original price" was $22.99. I have this documented. This is purposely misleading. There are already lawsuits regarding this kind of behavior.

I had a bit of a medical issue at the checkout, and the worker there, Steven, was very very nice and paid for a candy bar and water to help me get better. The staff was very very kind and seemed to enjoy helping people

My Joann's definitely needs a face lift, she's not aging very well and the bathrooms are somewhat of a disaster. The staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. My major complaint is the Joann's app. I'm constantly having to uninstall and install it but that still doesn't help it from not working properly.

They don't have alot a fabric anymore. They had mostly cartoons fabric. I was looking for a Victorian look fabric. They are just not as good as they used to be. Also no Apple fabric. Peach color fabric. Also I we t to the bathroom there. It was so filthy. The toilets were not cleaned at all. It needed deep cleaning, and .any repairs. It was filthy. See photos.
