The customer service at this location is top notch. Susan and Danielle helped me out getting an issue fixed with my account. They are always greeting people and helping to direct them to the products they are looking for. I love coming into this location!

My spouse and I came on Sat, June 3, 2023 for the semi-annual sale. There were a lot of great products/items in stock because a lot of bath gels, body creams and lotions were 75 percent off. My spouse was able to get a good haul because most of the scents were her throwback ones when she was younger. Great location as the employees are friendly and efficient at what they do.

I went into this bath and body works a couple of days ago , and one employee stood out to me . He was the absolute best , very knowledgeable, very helpful and just full of personality and the best energy I’ve ever seen . (Patrick thank you so much for helping me and telling me about smells that matched the one I was looking for . you truly are an amazing human and the best person I’ve ever had the pleasure to shop around thank you so much )

Very agitated with the situation, no one picks up the phone to the store, at check out I was charged double with my purchase already being +200. Pay attention when scanning things, I do remember the associates name but the least that could’ve been done was avoid the headache of being charged for double on some of my items and then to have it brung back and sorted out is such a headache. Especially at a busy time of year
