Bath & Body Works

My wife goes to Bath and Body Works often. We usually have a great experience at this location and the Orem location. We tried to do an exchange last month and a bald man and a blonde woman were pretty rude and refused to do it even though we've exchanged things before. We went to Orem and they were super nice and did it quickly. Seems like the team could use some training on how to treat customers. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Janey at this location was super friendly and helpful! Really every time I come in to this store the staff seem genuinely kind and happy to talk to you,, which I truly appreciate :)

Cora is amazing! Long story short, I ordered some products end of December that never showed up. I had to call customer service 3 times to attempt to resolve the issue. Ended up on my last call getting laughed at by customer service with no resolve. My last attempt to fix my issue was to call a local store where Cora answered and helped me out! I honestly was beyond frustrated with Bath and Body Works and their customer service line. Cora is the real MVP! Thank you!

I wish the other girl helped me! The one girl was very friendly and helpful, offering tissue paper for wrapping, another bag, etc. I didn't have the same service, no tissue paper or a bigger bag offered. My bag was so heavy it didn't make it back to the car. I used to be so proud to give my mom all the bath and body works for mother's day. I might stick to online purchases now, better service.

So there is a worker that today, when I come into Bath and Body workers and was talking to a costumer and was looking at my daughter. While putting on perfume and made a comment say to a couple saying that guy has a lot of perfume on and it going to make me sick. That should not happen cuz that's how my daughter experiences how she likes perfume. This happened like more than one time.
