I’ve been to this Sephora multiple times and it’s always been a pleasant experience! But last night was the best experience I’ve had so I felt like I should leave a review. Bella helped me and was so sweet and willing to answer all of my questions!

I didn’t love the customer service at Sephora in Orem. When approached, I kindly but clearly responded that I didn’t need help selecting products. The beauty advisor ignored my preference and suggested I pick a different shade of contour instead of the one I was holding right then, and then listed off some other brands she liked. I value peaceful shopping and usually decline assistance from sales associates. Honestly just found tonight annoying and got unsolicited advice anyway.

The Orem Sephora location is always clean and organized, and the staff is always so helpful! I’m was impressed at the employees efficiency, especially with how busy this store usually is! Jess helped color match me last time I was there and she was so knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location!
