We went to Michael’s after going to Joann’s (which was a total mess, dim, and just felt sad) and Michael’s was happy and bright and organized and friendly!! We found exactly what we needed with some help from a friendly employee! Can’t say enough good things about how happy, bright, and clean Michael’s was!

So great! I found exactly what I needed, and quickly, too. And Colby was so kind to me on a cold day, he's a real one! He was very friendly and managed his tasks so well! Go Colby!

My experience was horrible. I needed my order to be delivered and no one was able to help me. They always told me to go back tomorrow for 3 days. Today I had to go find my order so that the lady could deliver it to me. If they don't want to serve you, it's better if they don't work there. I hope I never have the need to go to that store again.

they’ve just replaced all but one cashier with self checkouts and the store is already woefully understaffed in general. really hate to see them cutting so many corners to pad the upper management pockets. this is the sort of management that drives stores under.

Fun place ti shop. Love the prices. The staff is super friendly most of the time. I am disappointed it isn’t as big as many in other states.
