Barbara's Hallmark Shop

I love this Hallmark shop. The employees are always so helpful. The store is clean and always well stocked.

Was in today. I bought 7 Christmas globes. I asked the lady for 2 to be bagged separate. She gave me attitude and it was too many bags so I had to BUY bags to bag my purchase. Very dissatisfied. I will bring bags now when I shop there. Kindness goes a long way. I was very respectful to the lady. It would have been nice for the same.

Every time I go to Barbara’s Hallmark, Yorktown Center, I always feel welcome! The staff, and especially the store manager are always helpful, courteous and friendly! I recommend this store to anyone who appreciates great customer service!

I would have to say under normal conditions it's a typical Hallmark shop. Friendly and polite employees, but what impressed me the most was the ladies behind the counter. One came out on the floor 2 times to tell customers to wear their mask correctly or leave the store!! Just as the sign states walking in.

This place has a lot more than just cards. Many nick necks, keepsakes and gadgets (more nifty than high-tech). The cards are organized very well: material, age, sex, relationship, religious, funny, vibrating, singing or even pop out. You can pretty much get any card for anyone for any occasion. The fancy cards are not cheap but definitely nice.
