I’m blown away at the outstanding level of service! Every single person that works there is a total sweetheart and BEYOND helpful! I bought the floor model of a fire pit and grossly under estimated how big my trunk was. The managers offered to come to my house and drop it off in their truck personally. WOW! I would never expect anyone to go to those lengths. Y’all deserve a merit raise and just know, you guys made our day

Every time i come into Value home center an employee will follow me around stand down the same place im at watching me the whole time im trying to figure out what would work best for the project i have to do. (Its creepy and makes me feel like I'm harassed in some way) I don't like going into value home center. I notice they're several video camera's on the ceiling. The male employee seemed like he looking for something just to accuse me of.

I have never had an experience of walking into the Valu on West 12th and not be greeted as I entered in and asked if I needed help finding something. The staff is friendly and helpful with their suggestions. And the assistance of getting heavy items, such as ice melt, to the car is always appreciated.

Being a store member to get the discounts and stuff is okay. But what i really don't appreciate is being followed and watched around the store. But not everyone only certain type of people. Like i ride a bike to work so they follow me. Don't appreciate it.

A typical hardware/home center. You can get copies of your keys made here & they also rescreen windows & doors for you. The store is very clean & organized. The staff are always friendly & helpful, they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in & offer assistance helping you find things. Little bit more pricey than some other places, but it evens out for me since Valu is right down the street vs Lowe's that's approx a 15 minute drive.
