The sales associates are rude, ignore customers and are less than helpful. I was interested in trying on some shoes and the associate was not helpful when I asked for my size. I complained to the manager and reminded them that customer service is a part of retail. I bought the shoes, as I love them but am tired of Anthro Fresno sales team acting like they are better than those of us shopping there.

Fresno store has been very rude both times I have been there. Was returning item that I had purchased on line. My receipt read show this to your sales associate. Person through my bag away them told me I could not return because it was a sales item. Then asked the person behind me that she would help her. I was still talking and associate just walked away. Tried to reach corporate office Office never returned my call
