"Went in to look at some sheet metal, wasn't anyone at the front counter/register. So walked around looking for the metal, couldn't find it. Have a knee brace on and I'm handicap. So couldn't walk down ever isle. Saw several employees from a distance, no one came to check on me. Even heard them greet someone as I was walking out the door. About 9.30-10.00am."
