Used to be a Lowe's only guy! Found HD a little easier and better help always around. Unfortunately this saw wasn't working (common issue) oh well

Will in appliances was super helpful! I ordered a refrigerator online and it was damaged during delivery. I was told by customer service online that they would be holding one at this location. He looked into the situation and quickly pulled the product I needed and had it up front waiting on me for pick up. Thanks Will for making this easy 😁

Nothing spectacular and the manager and the assistant manager are completely unhelpful. I had a problem with an item from their rental department and the assistant manager charged me full price. When I went back to tell the manager on what had happened he just looked at me with a blank face. Both of them need to learn how to be better in the customer service areas.

The five-star is overlooking the complete ignorance of young lady stationed at Returns, and is focused on helpful, informed other staff that were able to direct me to the item I was looking for. Sorry, I don't have their names, but a gentleman and a lady got me to the Vigoro 8 ft Plant & Garden Stakes. If management sees this, please inquire, they would know who they are...credit to the two good 👏🏽and 👎🏽 the one bad🙅‍♀️.

Wife and I bought a storm door and a latch kit, almost $600.00 . Paid for it advising clerk that I'd return that evening to pick it up. I even told her "don't sell it" ! We'll hold it sir was her response. You guessed it! Idiots sold it ! Returned my $ and I bought one at Lowes.
