I spent an hour shopping with over 200 dollars worth to check out with. NO cashier on the second level and the ones down stairs were full. It's like this at every Belk I visit. I just left it all sitting there. I'm NOT standing in line another thirty minutes just to check out. The premium price I pay should be more than enough to staff the store during holidays and busy times Cutting corners to save money on payroll will cost you in the long run

This Belk has lots of great selections! The store is clean and well organized. Even the clearance areas are neat. The cashiers are eager to assist. Several cashiers asked to check us out. No waiting in line.

Was vey disappointed with the service that we received from Judith! And I called the store to speak with a manager, only to find out she was the manager on duty for the evening. My daughter and I felt like we were being discriminated against! And also felt like she didn't want to touch us. We are large women, but we also need to be treated with respect! I don't think we will ever shop here again......From a very unhappy customer

DO NOT buy diamonds and send them for sizing from this store. They do not take any responsibility for your ring getting damaged. The two smaller center diamond were stolen. The left is how I got my ring back. The corner prong broken. Thousands of dollars spent for this!
