Yankee Candle

This is my go to candle shop, the environment is always very clean and displayed neatly and nice. Staff are always so informative and sweet. Amanda has helped me many times and really does know her scents and all about thier products, she always recommends the best and is so sweet and welcoming, this is why I always come back, thank you for being the best !

I had the most amazing experience with a young lady there by the name of Sarah. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in for 1 candle and left with 2 personalized candles that mean so much to me. If she didn’t suggest them I would have never even thought about adding pictures of my mothers great grandkids to the candle. It’s an awesome idea and one I know my mom will treasure. Thank you so much Sarah for being AWESOME!

I rarely write reviews, but I had to review this one! The customer service at this location is amazing and Anthony was genuinely sweet. Give that man a raise, for real. He helped me find a scent that I got as a gift and liked a lot but he suggested something better, honestly. The whole staff was super pleasant!!

I loved this store each time I visited it was always pleasant. I visited it so much they became my friends. If I gave them time they would accommodate me. For Mother's Day one year I did the picture candles for all the women at church. We did them in groups as I didn't want to take up to much of their time. They held the candles until they were all done.
