The Blazing Owl

My daughter and I dropped in on a whim at The Blazing Owl and boy, were we glad we did! We purchased a candle each and I was able to watch Angie finishing my candle. She took her time to explain to us the process and we were so impressed! She truly is a wonderful artist. One of the highlights of our trip. We can’t wait to go back!

Yesterday we purchased an Arizona landscape candle from the Blazing Owl. It is simply gorgeous. However, the experience was even better than the product. Angie is a wonderful artist and makes the purchaser part of the creative process. We did not expect the candle we adopted to be the highlight of our visit to Jerome - but it certainly was. The candle will always have a treasured place in our home and the experience will always have a treasured place in our hearts.

Angie and Kristen are amazing artists and such wonderful human beings. We went on two different occasions and had the chance to witness each of them creating candles. I love how they draw their guests into the process and our kids were mesmerized by the experience. We ended up buying two candles, although I have a feeling we will be back for more! Don’t miss this amazing little shop.

I love this store! Angie is amazing at what she does and I have started my own collection. I stop by The Blazing Owl every time I’m in AZ just to get another candle. Go visit, I promise you’ll find an amazing candle!

We discovered this awesome shop in Jerome. We purchased 2 larger candles & paid for shipment back to NY. Unfortunately there was some mix up at the point of shipment, we received 2 candles that we did not choose. Angie was quick to fix the problem. Sent us the 2 candles we purchased, the adorable owl & a desert scene. When we opened the 2nd shipment she included a small additional candle for “our inconvenience “ Thank you Angie,! We will be ordering again, !
