Michaels

I had ran across a situation when using michaels as my access point for my package pick up. most of the employees weren’t trying to help me locate it even though it was signed for but DEMETRI really was amazing. he came back from his lunch just to help me and he ended up finding my items for me and even helped me take them to my car! I really appreciated him. he deserves to be the store manager and a raise !!!!💕💕

The sales person for the framing was extremely Helpful and kind. However, the ‘professionals’ who frame it are awful. I can’t believe they would feel that this is acceptable, especially at the prices they charge. Do not get custom framing done here, they were crooked, the wire goes over the top when hung, and the sides stick out and are visible. Embarrassing work.

I had to travel to Warner Robins to grab a specific type poster frame. I had a hard time finding want I needed, so I asked the frame expert, (I think his name is Demetri) for help. He went above my expectations to help me and my son find what I was looking for. I could not have asked for or received better help. This is the kind of employee every business needs.

It's the customer service and professionalism for me. The employees in the frame department are great! They are nice to interact with. The cashiers are cool too. They are a big reason I enjoy shopping in this particular Michael's. The arts and crafts I pick up and great deals are a plus. I can choose another Michael's if it came to just shopping but it's just the the employees at this one are the best and who keeps me coming back. I always walk out with a smile on my face.

Michaels was very easy to shop in. I didn’t get her name but she was working on this day around 5-6. She welcomed me immediately and answered my directional questions. Checkout was quick and easy with their new self checkout systems. T-shirts are on sale for $3 a pop! Well organized. No boxes or packages in the middle of the floor. All shirts folded and neat. Well stocked.
