I made a quick visit in order to return an item. The young women at the cashier was a delight. She was friendly, efficient, and we had a great conversation all while she was processing my transaction. Keep it up Ren! You are going to go places.

Good location! Convenient and large store full of fun craft supplies. They keep the store very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decent prices for crafts as well. Typically has sales on many items and coupons that you can use so that's a plus. Not too large but has most of the things you would need for crafting supplies. Though one downside is when we walked in to get custom framing there wasnt anyone available to help us. Not a huge deal though.

I asked one of the associates for help finding a Christmas tree. He asked me to wait by the tree display for him to look in the back. After waiting 30 minutes for him to return i gave up waiting and started to look around the store for a few minutes. I then saw the same guy that was supposed to be helping look for a tree. He had completely forgotten that he had been helping me and had left me waiting for 30 minutes. I was so aggravated I ended up just leaving the store
