Michaels

Nothing too exceptional about this location. I have seen smaller locations with a better layout. The staff need to do a better job of maintaining the store as it has a bit of "rummaged through" appearance. Staff are friendly but very few and not very attentive. Plenty of ample parking which males for a very easy in and out experience.

We had our daughter’s birthday party at Michael’s and Sarah S. was AMAZING! She walked the kids through three different crafts, added personal touches that went with the theme, and was incredible with the kids!

I always have a great experience shopping at this Micheal’s. Sammy especially has been so sweet and nice to talk to the couple of times we have spoken :) honestly a joy to speak to. I look forward to going back again soon!

The assistance manager, was not helpful, when he had the ability to do so. I was blessed to go to another Michael's store and get what we needed, which they provide top notch customers service. Customer service is so important.

I placed an online order for a bag of Frost snow. When I arrived at curbside pick up and looked in my bag, the bag was taped and had a strand of black hair. I was basically given a returned item. I went in the store, got a refund and didn't bother getting another bag. I don't plan on purchasing from that store anymore.
