The staff is always helpful. Couldn't find the sand I needed. Turns out I was just missing it. Got directed to the same section and the woman that helped me followed up to make sure I found what I needed. Given how busy the store was I appreciated her help.

Was a nice, clean, stocked store AND restroom, with friendly, helpful associates. I just wish this store, along with others like it, would sell in-season items DURING THE ENTIRE PERSPECTIVE SEASON. They mostly had Christmas stock, very little autumn, and it is BEFORE Halloween. It's mid-ladder October.

I just left the store and was sorely disappointed. they have no one working. I needed a piece of fabric cut. Barb an employee said someone will be with you shortly, but I didn’t see anybody, there was not anybody working at the checkout. I ventured back and found Barb and she was too busy to help. Left discouraged and hating Michael’s. i’ll be close to Hobby Lobby this evening!!!

Self check out .... really? This store is so small it does not have want. It 2 weeks bedor Halloween and there is no fall decorations on sale. I want a fall wreath not a Christmas one right now. Then I get the the front and there is one cashier and one walking around and can get me on the 2nd register nope.... I'm not yall cashier is there even a discount for me being your cashier ? I might not showered here any more.

We just booked our 3rd birthday party here. Sherrie is super helpful, making sure that everything is ready and all of the kids understand instructions. When I forgot the cake knife, she found one in back. I can't say enough good things about birthday's at Michael's!
