Kohl's

The sales associate, Nikia, who checked me out was outstanding. Professional, courteous and sweet. She got me checked out quickly and made me smile. Need more like her!

I was able to find everything on my Xmas list. 😊 Only complaints I have is the checkout setup. It needs to be more efficiency acceptable and not have customers standing in other departments waiting to get in line for the Checkout. And not enough carts due to many were full of items waiting to be returned back to Departments and emptied. So many customers were unable to have a cart for there items they were purchasing.

Shout out to store 0102! Ms Windy not only treated me well on a very busy shopping day, but the way she treated her fellow employees is what got my attention. Her coworker was much younger, most likely in high school, yet I watched her speak with him in such a supportive and kind way. The way we treat others we work with says a lot. Ms Windy is building up the next generation while she is setting a great example of fabulous customer service. Well done Ms Windy!

The shoe section is a dump. Very disorganized, scattered shoe boxes everywhere, unable to find shoes underneath the shoes that are displayed. I've never seen a Kohl's location with so much disorganization.

Andrea in Sephora helped me most awesomely. She showed me the specific line of makeup I was looking for and offered her advice & recommendation of the product. She was professional and knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It was my first visit to this Sephora and I will definitively be returning in the future!
