Kohl's

I was extremely irritated and left the store in a bad mood. I went to Kohl’s on a recent evening, asking an employee in the women’s department for help finding an item. Instead of assisting me, she responded with a dismissive attitude—rolling her eyes and acting like my request was a bother. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and completely unvalued as a customer. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

Pleasantly surprised with store. I had not been there in years .. only to find there’s a Sephora inside. Great service — lady in customer service desk is so lovely and helpful. Best part - I left my movie blanket bag in one of the carts. Went the next day and found that staff had saved it. Made my day — thank .. I’ll return

I came here to return a couple of things from Amazon and they sure make it easy quick and painless. Was able to pull up go in and walk right to the counter and get my stuff returned within just moments. The ladies were really nice. On top of the great customer service Kohl's also gave a 25% off coupon. If you know Kohl's they're crazy with those coupons.

I will be shopping at Kohl's more often. They have a big and tall section for men. Also, staff has been friendly the times I've gone to drop items off from Amazon. (They send items back to Amazon.) Great place!

Really love shopping at the Kohls El Paso Basset store. Associates are always great in helping find just what I need. Thank you.
