For the nth time this company has disappointed. Many times I have placed orders for things I wanted at a fantastic price...only to find that these items were only available to be shipped, and the cost to ship exceded the price of the item. The latest scammish occurrence was using a reward to buy an item which brought my item total to zero. Got an e-mail confirming the order and then just received an e-mail saying the order was cancelled. No explanation!

What a great store, a nice variety of eclectic household items. We purchased a couch that was very hard to find anywhere else. The couch was a kitchen couch, yes the perfect kitchen couch. It is a small white buttoned cushioned armed couch. Absolutely great staff which were helpful and knowledgeable. A must see store.

We just bought a home on the island and love this Kirklands! From the first time we went here we were greeted by Harly and she was fantastic. Harly has such a great attitude and cares so much for you to find exactly what you're looking for. Thanks Kirklands for having such a great store but having such a professional Sales women like Harly who makes us feel at home when we shop here....

The manager at kirklands is awesome. She went way above and beyond to get me a piece of furniture that I loved. She had one in her store but when we started to load it the hinge broke. She called all the Kirkland's around our state to find the only one left in Jacksonville, Fl. She personally drove and picked it up for me. Above and Beyond! Friendly and great customer service.

Their team is incredibly helpful and even stayed late to help us figure out our purchase. Thank you Harley for your assistance last night! Rockstar customer service!!
