Curbside pickup orders they don't bring curbside so you need to go in to pick up - these orders and in-store pick up orders you have to go inside and wait through the check out line to pick up. Check out line then has one cashier and typically a very long line. Although the products there are a good selection the lack of employees anywhere in the store for assistance combined with the lack of ease is not worth it. If you have any sort of disability this IS NOT a store for you.

I love this store; they have everything and a bigger store. Spend hours to enjoy. Sad 😥 going to close soon end of the era. Been shopping for JoAnn for decades.

Loved the openness of this store when I walked in. So much space to breathe!!! Our joann's back home is so crowded the aisles barely have enough room for carts to pass. Well organized with just about anything you'd need for crafts. Huge fabric selection with large cutting area and friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and fresh appearance. Got everything I needed.

Very nice, well stocked store. The problem is they never have enough help. Black Friday morning the store was full of shoppers yet they only had staff enough to open two checkouts. The checkout line and wait was ridiculous. Joann Fabrics management needs to pay the employees enough so that they can get some staff! Frustrating place to shop.
