This location receives a two-star rating due to its limited product selection, consistent with its classification as a lower-tier store. I will continue patronizing the higher-tier store nearest my residence, which offers a significantly broader product range. While the cashier provided adequate service, there is room for improvement in customer service skills.

I love bath & body works products. However every time I go in this specific location no one welcomes you or offers to help like other locations. The workers are mainly concerned about talking to each other. This store seems to lack customer service which seems to be consistent with the other reviews. Good to know I’m not the only one that feels this way.
