Ohmygod, they were having an incredible sale, I really only ended up paying less than half the price for everything. The ladies inside were very helpful, greeted me at the door.

Paid with a gift card. The cashier told me I didn’t have a balance on the gift card and didn’t give it back. Just wanted to be on my way so wasn’t thinking but once I got home I checked my receipt and I had a $12 balance on the GC. Great customer service. I hope she bought something nice with that. Won’t be shopping here again.

Great store,great sales,and good coupons. However during my most recent visit..I was asked a total of 6 times if I needed help. Trust me when I say if I need your help, I shall find you. Which won't be hard to do because #1. Your store is tiny. #2. The ratio of staff verses customer is far greater. Please don't harass the customers. Makes shopping extremely unpleasant. Also, consider having/using/giving reusable bags instead of paper bags that rip easily.

I love BBW but this store is making me change my mind. Every time I come here the employees are rude to me especially the black employees. I come to this location often and they don't even greet me. There was this one guy with red hair in a ponytail just slammed my items in a too small bag. The whole time he had bad attitude. I work my behind off in order to buy stuff at BBW. The least they can do greet me with a caring attitude.
