Bath & Body Works

I went to the store the other day after the holidays. It was packed with so many shoppers, luckily the store is stuffed with Lenny of employees were all willing to help you out with anything you need. They offer coupons online and I believe you can earn points if you have an account. Something new I saw this go around is that the store is now offering certain soap scents in bulk. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend this store!

What a mess. No available sales staff. Boxes of sales products were wet, stained and gooey from spilled products. Empty packing boxes sitting on display shelves. Worst B&BW experience I've ever had...left without purchasing anything.

Always a delight to walk into a bath and body works store. The staff at this location were very nice. A variety of items for gifting. Lovely intriguing smells. It's always fun

While at the mall (Springfield), we went into Bath and Body Works. There were lots of great deals. We got hand soap and pocket hand sanitizers. This is a good time to buy gifts and to stock up. Great prices for the holidays.

I grabbed one bag thinking it was for sell like the clear one and a lady tells me “not for sale” in a very rude way. She was old and had blond hair other than that the rest were kind and soft spoken to me who’s just trying to buy a gift
