Bath & Body Works

Wonderful front of the store associates. Went out of there way to help me find a product. The male cashier was rude, dismissive and cold. I asked a question about gift wrap that they had and he just ignored me. Rang up product and didn't even tell me the total just stood there and stared at me. I don't really think he wanted to be there. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I grabbed the gift wrap myself and left.

This is a cute location near the park/beach. It wasn't too crowded when I did an online order pickup. Seemed pretty well-stocked during holiday season. Definitely felt a lot less crowded than other oc locations.

As we were vacationing in San Clemente, we were so happy to find Bath & Body Works and their $9 dollar deal which lasted 3 days. Took a great advantage of it. Love their Christmas fragrances.

I am in love with this store!!! All the body care products are top of the line. Not to mention every candle scent is so unique I’m obsessed. There sales are unbeatable. And a special shout out to allll the amazing lady’s that I’ve met that work there especially Christina the manager, she goes above and beyond to make sure I always get exactly what I need! This store is my happy place ❤️🥰

The manager Christina is amazing! Was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. I don't typically like going into this store because I feel like associates are constantly asking me questions but it seems that most of the employees have social awareness, which is nice. Christina made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed nicely. Store was very organized and clean too. Was easy to find what I was looking for :)
