Yankee Candle

I had a link on my receipt to complete a survey but it didn’t work so I’ll leave a review here. This store was great, especially the worker Christopher! He was very knowledgeable about the products and candles in general. He was also very friendly and personable. Christopher gave the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!

Paul is the best!! Explained all the awesome sales and gave the best customer service. I hope I see him next time.

Shopping with a friend yesterday and entered Yankee Candle Destiny mall We were assisted by Keisha who was very knowledgeable and also very personable. She answered questions but was not pushy. She gave my friend space. She made recommendations and showed samples and my friend purchaset a few candles. Keisha made whole experience very pleasant

This is a great place to buy a candle to pamper yourself or as a gift. Upon entering the fragrances are very subtle each with their own personality. The quality of the candles is impeccable. You can pick a candle to go with your decor color, season, and or your favorite fragrance. The staff are very friendly, the store is clean and well organized. I was offered assistance in selecting a fragrance which was very much appreciated.

There are no smell to these candles. I have been buying them for a long rime but the last couple years the fragrance has gotten worse. I am very disappointed in their product. I have even gone as far as bringing them back after i started burning them for this reason. Get it together Yankee Candle. You're name is going to mud
