The customer service is nonexistent. No one talks to you, no one acknowledges you, until you get to the counter. A simple, let me know if you have any questions, is all people are looking for. They also force you to create an account in order to make a purchase; full name, email, and phone number. This is not optional. They do have a variety of scents to choose from, pricing is not bad. I haven't used the oils yet so I can't speak to that yet.

I love this place. I admit, we didn't start off very good, but after getting to know the ladies a little more, and realizing how demanding their job can be, I definitely have a better appreciation for them. ... and let's not forget the awesome variety of scents, along with some of the best prices out there. My only complaint, (which technically isn'ta complaint) I just wish they had more products for soap makers like me.
