If I could do no stars I would. Lady at the pharmacy drive thru tells me thought you diddnt want the meds for your new born...... so they never filled them. Who ever said I didn't want them. Now I have to wait another few hours after being told their "stored" in the computer. Lady tells me were you here yesterday yes I was. She said she thought you diddnt want them. That's weird medical practice

The worst pharmacy service on the planet!! Just the other day I spent 42 minutes on hold with the message piping in about every 30 seconds that were 3 people ahead of me. When I finally did get through, the phone rang and rang and rang and I almost hung up. And don't get me started on the drive through. It can easily be a 40 minute wait. How long does it take to pick up a prescription?

There is NEVER, no matter what time you go to this pharmacy, enough staff. Ridiculous. And they never work both lanes of the drive thru pick up! Maddening!

There is a male staff, not pharmacist, that is rude and unknowledgeable. The service is extremely slow and for the most part unhelpful.
