The Universal Connection Store

Well...One word. Stereotypical Racism. I cannot come into this store without feeling like their eyes are piercing into my soul as if I were to steal something. Watching the indifference with those of a caucasian descent was more baffling. I was not greeted, I was over charged and I was treated like a criminal. Ive been to many Metaphysical stores and this is by far the worst. I definitely do not recommend anyone here at all. Makes sense why the rating is so low. Truly no good energy.

I love this store and have been going for a couple of years now without any problems. However, from the other reviews here, I can infer that the staff are discriminatory towards POC. This is not cool with me. I cannot take away all the stars because of my experience has been fantastic- but I will take off 3 and will be going elsewhere from here forward (There’s an awesome store in mountain view)

I was referred to this store by one of my friend/coworker so I went in this afternoon with my youngest daughter to pick out a necklace and a bracelet but came out with more than what I wanted to purchase. Staff were very helpful.

I cannot say enough about the staff here. They have helped us on our journey to cleanse our home and find peace. They have such calm and beautiful energy and amazing products. We will definitely be coming to continue to support amazing small businesses like this one.
