We came in an hour before closing. There weren't many people in the store, but the employees looked tired and beat. I like to shop and ask for help only when needed, so when the service that they'd usually give by asking people if they needed help was provided, I didn't mind. When we went to cash out, the oblivious cashier gave me too much money back and seemed insulted when I informed her she got a bit defensive but then said thanks. Hope she woke up after that!

Good customer service. Always makes you feel welcome and helpful also with questions. Check out is also pretty quick. I made a mistake of getting the wrong product cause I was in a rush. I came back to exchange to the product I wanted to get. The exchange was easy and seamless. Definitely my favorite sephora store on the island.
