The staff was friendly until I went to check out, the older woman, Suzanne I believe had a bit of an attitude. First she made me feel bad about the product I decided to get as if it was a wrong choice. Then when I was told to put my number in; nothing came up on my end that indicated to put in a phone number. So she said “I’ll just type it in since you’re struggling other there” but said it in a really snobby way. I just didn’t appreciate her customer service

I went with my wife to this store to find her some concealer. We waited while a staff member fought with their virtual match which was way wrong. Susanne personally color matched my wife and it turned out great. Susanne is very knowledgeable and her personal touch beats any electronic match.

Best staff I’ve encountered in a while. Very knowledgeable and staff was available to help when I had questions.
