Awful customer service. Somehow my rewards acct was updated with the wrong name and address. Cashier could not help. I was told to call customer service. After an hour and a half on the phone between wait times and the rep putting me on hold, the problem still was not resolved. The rep asked me to wait a few more minutes then hung up on me. There are other stores with better service. That's where you'll find me from now on.

Honestly, how can you not love the buy 1 get 2 deal on canvases and paints. They run it a few times a year. Overall the service is average, young kids mostly. Always kind of feel that they are missing opportunities to engage with their customers, i.e. live demonstrations, community art shows, ect..

this is a great michael's! i needed a bunch of beads, string, and clasps for christmas presents and they had everything i needed! i was able to order online and pick it up. really a seamless experience and will def be returning for more crafts
