I had an amazing experience at Michaels thanks to Tiffany and Gianna! Tiffany helped me fill up my bobo balloons, which can be tricky to work with, but she was so patient and made sure they looked perfect. She really went above and beyond to get the desired look and finish. Meanwhile, Gianna provided great customer service by attending to other clients while Tiffany focused on helping me. Their teamwork and dedication truly made my day. Highly recommend their service!

There is always something when ordering from this store. Either half of my order is canceled without any notice whatsoever while I am still getting a ton of notifications about other things, or my order get's delivered with half of the items broken, but looking like they were broken already before shipping. I had to order multiple times from here and not once have I gotten a smooth delivery process.

Michaels used to be my go-to store. It's so stripped back to its bare bones now, which is such a shame. The cashier was a lovely woman who couldn't have been nicer.

The manager, Marie, was incapable of being kind, understanding and respectful. She was rude and made an explanation for her bad attitude that she “had other customers waiting.” Surprising that Michael’s allows her to remain a manager.

Great place for crafts and Holiday decorative items at often discounted prices long before the Holiday. The fine arts supplies are a bit basic.
