Michaels

I love Michaels. I also love the self checkout. I was not aware that some of the yarn I got was on sale until checkout. My hubby was happy about that. The store is always clean. Staff are friendly. I think their yarn section shrunk a little, but I'm not sure. With Joann closing, you might want to increase your yarn area and run some of your higher priced yarns a little lower. That will tell Joann customers you really want them as yours, and you care. Hobby Lobby is a competitive store also.

They rang my order in wrong on an instacart order (once you pay, that's it, it can'tbe re-rang), and then they said I had to pay for the product they missed out of my pocket. Lousy cheap skates.. I wanted to complain on their web site, but that's even worse than the store..

Due to a mix up I had to speak to several associates during a busy holiday shopping day and everyone was as patient and kind as possible, and got it sorted out asap. Customer service is on point, store is clean & well-stocked, prices are competitive. 10/10

I had a terrible experience at the North Macon Michaels location. One of the staff members, Erica, spoke to me in a condescending tone and handled the situation unprofessionally. Delays happen, but there’s no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Very disappointing service.

This Michael's has excellent customer service. Arianna in framing assisted me with finding the right frame for my degree. She even placed the degree in the frame for me. She is knowledgeable and kind. Thanks Arianna!
