I've been here a few times and I like the selection they have and how convenient it is. I've gotten yarn, beads, embroidery floss, and more from this store and have not been disappointed. Also, I like how convenient and fast in-store pickups for online orders are.

Great! I’ve had some strange interactions with the staff, speaking down to me at checkout, micromanaging how I put scanned my items etc. nothing to bad just a bit weird.

I don't understand the point of the self checkout if someone is right beside you telling you which buttons to push, as I'm pressing them. I know what I'm doing - just let me do it. She was very kind, but I didn't ask for help and didn't need any, and hovering over me made me uncomfortable.
