They was very organized and ready to handle the holiday rush. The line to check out was extremely long but was moving quickly despite the challenges. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Shopped in the Quincy,Illinois store Paul, at the register is an excellent example of patience and understanding that should be shown to customers !! He spent over 20 minutes on the phone with their customer service department and had a smile on his face the whole time. Kohls should consider hiring more kind and caring employees like him. Called over at the store today january 12 associate Paula answered I called to ask a simple question. Paula was rude acted like I was a bother and seemed snippy all I asked was if carried playpen in store and got snippy and hung up right away bad service
