Knot + Spool

Not happy with this on line order at all. The main nutcracker ribbon is upside down on one side. The manager was not willing to send more ribbon to fix it, only this once at my cost. I already paid for it to be right. She said it was the design. Really??? To have the main ribbon upside down? That looks terrible. I asked about them about cutting it and making it have both sides right side up, she said it would be a custom order. Custom to make it look right???? Terrible!!!

Very cute shop but the prices are outrageous. And as some customers have mentioned in reviews, I was not greeted or asked if I needed help and there were several workers in the store Their wreaths are cute though, if you can spend the money. A little stuffed bunny was $54 bucks...simple wooden Christmas trees were $59 to $100 to give you an idea of their prices.

Such cute ribbons! I ordered online and they emailed me they were ready for pick up by 10 am the next morning. I am anxiously awaiting the next drop! I cant wait to see what kind of new ribbon sets they will release! (Small wreath with medium ribbon, in case anybody was wondering the sizes.)

I had a great experience ordering a ribbon set from Knot + Spool this week! I was amazed at how fast my order was shipped and processed! I got my package only a few days after ordering, which is amazing since I live on the east coast! I will definitely be making future purchases for the next upcoming holidays!

This is such an adorable shop! I bought my nephew a bunny for his 1st Easter and the other little bunny I got for myself because it’s just so cute. The associate took her time and wrapped his gift. Look at how sweet!
